Would really like to get something like 100 GB of transfer but the line is capped at like 2 Mbps or something like that. Other then that if 95%tile is the only thing I can get I'll take it.

there's a like 3 in philly that i know of and 1 outside in bethlehem. one is meridian teleasis, but i forget the other 2. the one in bethlehem is called, DBSi. they mostly do managed hosting. i remember telling some others about places in philly so you could probably search for it.

yea switch & data was one of the 3 in philly with meridian. there was also another one, i think. that hasn't been mentioned yet, but i still forget it's name. webreseller, i think does colo and they're in exton.
