Well, it's up to you to do your own research.
I would suggest going through them one by one to see which best suits your needs. Depending on your needs one may be better than the other.

Well in that case I would suggest SFcolocation.com in the 365 Main St facility.

It maybe better for him to go into a Carrier's DC so he won't have to pay for as much support.
