But yes they only have to view source of your homepage and get your adsense id, or you could encrypt your page then they couldnt view your adsense id

You could always incorporate a Nevada corporation, shareholders are allowed to remain secret, use that EIN for Google Adsense account.

Register the domain in the corportations name and there is no way for anyone to know who owns the site.
