Optimizing placement, text, etc. is one thing, but manipulating Google is quite another.
    They don't like it.

    Sounds like a high-risk tactic.
Like so many others, it may work for awhile.
But Google seems to be finally clamping down in other areas. This might not be a good time to "test the limits". Frankly, right now, I would be checking very carefully that I am complying with all the TOS, rather than looking for loopholes. Wait till things settle down, or better yet, read about what happened to someone else who took your approach, and reported the results here, or elsewhere. Saves shoe leather. And maybe your neck.

You will get a mail from Google, they will warn you.
    Iframe is different from Frame.

An inline frame is a risky way to display adsense unless it is solely for legitimate purposes. If it is purely for functional reasons, for example, you are generating pages on the fly and displaying them within another page (for example, a news site), then that might be ok so long as you aren't trying to spam keywords to get higher paying clicks. Other than that and spamming, I can't think of any reason to use an iframe. Unless you're trying to get your adsense acc/ disabled?
