That's not necessarily true. The site in question never comes out and says for their visitors to click on their ads. They just say the site runs Google Advertising.

Of course I was always under the impression you should pretend the Google Ads DON'T EXIST, and never EVER mention it on your site, but maybe I'm wrong...

That is clearly a violation it even names Adsense ads by name.

Drop Google an e-mail and they will contact the site and ask them to take down the disclaimer.. If they take it down they are likely to be fine, especially if they don't have any past issues.

But you can not have language like that anywhere on your site where you have adsense ads.

I read that already actually and understand how it works.

I will put the same thing "This is an ad revenue sharing forum" on my forum, and it will be "this is 99.99999/0.00001 revenue share"

My adsense code will show 99.99999% of the time. It is the same concept except I am sharing less, so what is the problem if any? That is what I am asking/expressing/etc.
