Pimp us your URL, I'm sure we can figure it out. It must be something obvious - have you read the AdSense TOS?

Mmm... with a quick glance I can't really see anything that might have caused you to be rejected. Perhaps you should e-mail them and ask for clarification... after all, they know why they rejected you.

i think they rejected your site because you have too many ads on it.
five 468x60 banners on one page is too much...

Could that be the reason? you already are accepted by Google for Adsense, so you just use that code here too. You cannot have a second account, so this application was rejected.

Possibly. BTW what did you do with your first account? And if you already have the account , you can use it for this site too.

(I really dont think Google rejects sites for lack of content. I have seen sites with 3-4 pages getting accepted. Not sure about if too many ads can get you rejected.)

    I think
    1) Google does not any have a significant amount of advertisers targeting Milton Keynes. Search for it on Google. Two ads come up: tripadvisor and travel.yahoo.com. This means you'll have the same couple of ads (or none on some pages) rotating on your site.
    2) Does not look like you have any traffic? Alexa does not show any numbers which although not too reliable to me says you probably have about 25 visitors/day. How can Google capitalize on that?
    3) As was said before: very little of your own content and a lot of ads, some quite flashy.
    4) Your content has tons of punctuation and grammar mistakes too

In short, you'd have a very hard time appealing their decision. And I understand where they are coming from

Default Tried and failed with Adsense

After visiting your site i figured out few things.
I think the problem is in you footer- Too many ads, Ads about pub and clubs and a webring. well they are not illeagal but be careful about them.
if any of the site in a webring is banned or sandboxed by google (most likely they are, otherwise they wudnt need a webring) that will sure effect your site, with respect of adsense and with respect of SERP too and same goes for Toplists too. there is a big ad about finding a sex partner in local areas on one of the topsite.
(although there are adsense in that page too. but i think this is a violation of google's TOS as they are using f*** word in that ad, but it is iframed)

so remove ads, toplists and webring and resubmit it.
and the most important, if you had an adsense account why dont you use it? did you cancle it? or it got bogged by google? this may be a reason.

    Just a quick update.
"It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
the Google ads on your site(s). We have therefore disabled your Google
AdSense account. Please understand that this step was taken in an
effort to protect the interest of the AdWords advertisers."

Err.Hang on.I haven't had any ads on my site as I have not been approved yet
When I closed my last account it had a total of one click!
    I think they've made a mistake somewhere
Have e-mailed them back and will let you know the outcome.

Thats a generic email sent for any violation of the TOS. It does not necesarily mean clicks.

You may have added something back in after getting your approval which you removed to get it in the first place.

Otherwise maybe they cross referenced and found another account you set up (the one you "cancelled&quot.

There are a lot of possibilities
