There are lots of things wrong with that site. It is redirecting. There are more ads than content and the content which it has is lost in background.

anyway how come such site get accepted by google ? I think he is code given for other sites.

Very easy...you only need one good site and once you are accepted into the program you can paste your adsense code on 20 other (not so good) sites until google spring you for breaching TOS

that was the first example i have seen with 4 ads on a page....pretty neat...though against the TOS i guess. It depends on whether an iframe is classed as the same page or not
