    I have it on PS3 and have no sound issues. Not sure on that one. I output sound through HDMI if that matters.

    Check that the cable is plugged in completely. Replace the HDMI cable with a spare. Make sure no bluetooth devices are registered with the system that it would be piping audio to.

    Try deleting the old install and updates for the game, along with any saves. That way it will re-install everything from scratch.
