Normally I don't sign up places just to complain, but I really feel it's warranted in this case. I sign up for a dedicated server at serverffs.com they seemed to have good reviews and a decent price. My package came with 3 ips, but when the server was activated I was only given 1. That's not really a big surprise I expected to wait a while so I opened a trouble ticket and figured 12 to 24 hours I'd have my ips and possible the 2 extra I requested if they had them. Wow was I wrong I ended up waiting around 72 hours with 0 response and no way to get everything I paid for. According to their live support it's some how my fault. I guess I have to issue a charge back if they don't want to give me what I paid for.


If you look at the timestamps I don't believe I was being that impatient.
