I usually am not one to start a review post, I may chime in from time to time, but someone really has to WOW me for me to take the time and post a review and I am BIG on customer service so it takes a lot to WOW me.

Ron at Windows Hosting Support .NET did just that.

We recently had a rather frustrating issue with a Windows server that left me and my team banging our heads on the wall. I contacted a few people for support and I am glad I contacted Ron.

He was quick to respond, grasped what our problem was immediately and set off to work. Not only did he help us solve the problem quickly but his pricing was fair and his responses were thorough (no one word "done" type replies). In talking to him about the issue and asking some additional Windows Server questions it is very obvious that his knowledge of Win systems is extensive and I would feel confident throwing any Windows issue his way.

Ron followed up the next day to make sure that all was well. It is nice to know that should we run into a Windows issue again that we need outside help on that we have Ron in our corner as or secret weapon.
