Are there any other companies which will provide end user support like Manageandsupport.com? This is for a VPS company and Manageandsupport told me that they can handle that as well. I am getting the impression that managenadsupport is a one man company. There company is located 1 block away from me and they have a P.O. box instead of a real location.
