I am after a way to create & delete "virtual" accounts under a reseller jailed/VPS type arrangement. I would imagine a potential possibility would be via command-line arguments? (executed via a script etc).

1. Is this possible with any of the major control panels out there?

2. Would I go the FreeBSD jail-type route, or VPS?
