Dear all,
I have a joomla website and I have bought the comercial component for it. However, I installed the component, published etc... linked the menu to it and the page I blank. Also the admin page for that component is blank. Obviously, I asked the company I have bought the component with, what is the problem and this was their answer:

Blank pages are indicative of PHP failures. Please check your server error log for any clues.

Well, now I'm totally lost... how I could find the PHP failures? SSH? Or what?

The company is not supportive! Any ideas please?
