Supportsuite vs esupport + live response
I'm looking to add live response to my site. I'm deciding between adding a live response license or upgrade my current license to supportsuite.
Pros for separate licenses
-two difference license, can be resold twice
-separate interfaces, can be split up on another site
Cons for separate licenses
-Live response is not integrated with esupport
Anybody got suggestion on which is better?
