Hello,

I am writing this thread to have a hope to get my servers back online or get a backup from my data.

I have got about more than 10 servers from them and just got an email from their security department which said all of my servers + my account has been cancelled and I have no more access to them.

I asked them for the reason of this matter but they keept ignoring me on the tickets. The email which I receieved from them is like following :

"
Dear customer,

we received the information from our security department to block all your servers
and to send an extraordinary cancellation for all servers.

Due to abusive usage of your servers, we have decided to terminate your account effectively.

There will be no discussion or opportunity to reactive the servers or unblock certain IPs.
Your account will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
