<p>I'm new here and have found your host recommendations to be very helpful. I was impressed with what I have read of WizardsHosting. However, I sent them an email with a list of questions last night and have heard nothing back. Does anyone know if this is typical? How long does it take to get a resonse from them. I sent a similar list of questions to FutureQuest and had a response within 15 minutes.</p>
